Security Services

Our security services are customized to meet the specific needs of your property. This service includes:

  • Fully uniformed security officers equipped with body cameras

  • Daily reports with photographs and timestamps of all checkpoints

Parking Enforcement

A fully uniformed agent will patrol the property 3 to 5 times per week at random intervals, ensuring all vehicles in the community comply with rules and regulations and are properly registered.

  • During each patrol, the agent will scan vehicle tags to verify registration. If a vehicle is found in violation, the agent will photograph the infraction and upload the evidence into our software.
  • Based on the guidelines set by the property manager or Board members, the agent will either issue a warning or call for a tow if the vehicle has exceeded the allowed number of warnings.
  • If towing is required, the agent will remain on-site until the towing company arrives and will sign the towing manifest to authorize the vehicle’s removal.
  • Our customer service lines are available for tenants or visitors who have questions about why their vehicle was towed.

Digital Parking System

We believe in keeping up with the times and moving towards a digital future. Say goodbye to costly decals or hangers, and hello to our automatic annual registration system and self guest registry.

  • The property manager selects how many visitor passes to allow each tenant per month
  • The visitor will scan the QR code onsite and will instantly be asked for the code
  • The tenant will go on the app and share the code with their visitor
  • The visitor and resident will receive an alert once the allowed parking time has expired.
